Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Telgar LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as ALDREN ("ALDREN," "we" or "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit this website, subscribe to our email updates or contact us.

It applies only to this website. When you click "Shop on Amazon," you leave our site, and Amazon's own privacy notice governs your purchase and account.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site and send the updates you ask for.

• Information you give us. Your email address when you sign up for updates, and your name, email address and message when you write to solutions@aldrenonline.com.

• Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit, through server logs and cookies.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), these fall into two categories: identifiers (email address, name, IP address) and internet activity (pages viewed and interactions with the site). We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, financial account details or precise location.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• send you news about ALDREN products and releases, if you subscribed;

• reply to your questions and support requests;

• operate, secure and improve this website;

• comply with the law and enforce our rights.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the site and send email, such as our website host and form provider, Hostinger, and the email platform we use to send updates. They may use the data only to provide services to us.

• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

• A buyer or successor, if ALDREN or Telgar LLC is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.

Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them only to keep the site working. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies; if we add them, we will update this policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as expected.

Do Not Track. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.

Third-party sites. When you follow a link to another website, such as Amazon, that website may collect information about you under its own privacy policy. We do not control their practices; see their privacy policies for details.

Email updates and unsubscribing

We send marketing email only to people who sign up through the form on this site. Every message includes a working unsubscribe link and our postal address.

You can opt out at any time by clicking the link or by emailing solutions@aldrenonline.com. We process opt-outs within 10 business days, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires, and keep your address on a suppression list so you are not emailed again.

Retention and security

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, then retain only the suppression record needed to honor your opt-out. We keep messages you send us for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterward, unless the law requires longer.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

Your US privacy rights

We offer the following rights to all US residents who ask, whether or not their state's law requires it. They mirror the rights in California and in other states with privacy laws, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon.

• Know and access the personal information we hold about you and how we use it.

• Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

• Correct inaccurate personal information.

• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising. We do neither.

• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

How to ask. Email solutions@aldrenonline.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and say which right you want to use. We may ask for details to verify your identity. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission. We respond within 45 days, and tell you if we need more time.

Appeals. If we deny a request, reply to our response with the subject "Appeal" and we will review it and answer in writing within the time your state's law requires.

California Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If we make material changes, we will notify email subscribers or post a notice on the site.
